Inquiry-based learning is a student-centered teaching method that emphasizes students constructing knowledge and solving problems by actively asking questions, rather than simply passively receiving information.
Our school uses the “One-off Grant for Promotion of Self-directed Language Learning” grant to hire experts with IB teaching experience to come to the school and work with our teachers to develop related courses..
P1 First Learning Showcase
The children began by observing and asking questions to explore their favourite toys, and learned to describe their appearance and features in English. On the day of the presentation, they happily introduced their discoveries to visiting parents and senior schoolmates, confidently sharing what they had gained from the learning journey.
