(B) Assessment Policy
小一學生無需參加第一次及第二次考試。其學習表現將透過進展性評估進行評量，學習成果會記錄在學習進度報告中。減少學生的考試壓力，並透過日常進展性評估更真實反映學習狀態，有助培養學習興趣與信心。
P1 students do not need to participate in the first and second exams. Their learning performance is assessed through formative assessments, and their learning outcomes are recorded in learning progress reports. This helps to reduce pressure. Besides, formative assessments reflect learning more authentically, fostering interest and confidence in studies.
Purpose
To strengthen the connection between the school and parents and help Primary One students adapt to primary school life as early as possible.
(I) Primary One Orientation and Parent Talk
June 13, 2026 (Saturday)Time and Location: 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at our school
Notes:
- Parents are requested to bring their Primary One students to attend.
- Students may wear casual clothing.
(II) Primary One Orientation Day and Parent Talk
August 22, 2026 (Saturday)Time and Location: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at our school
Notes:
- Parents are requested to bring their Primary One students to attend.
- Students must wear their school uniform and do not need to bring school bags to school.
(III) Orientation Program for Primary One Students
August 26-28, 2026 (Wednesday-Friday)Time and Location: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at our school
Notes:
- All Primary One students must attend.
- Students must wear their school uniform and bring stationery (pencils, erasers, rulers, and chalk), snacks (in food containers), and a water bottle to school.
(IV) Parent-Teacher Meeting for Primary One Students
September 1, 2, and 3, 2026 (Tuesday-Thursday)Time and Location: 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at our school auditorium
Notes:
- Parents are requested to accompany their children to school and remain at school for the parent-teacher meeting.
- Students must attend school on time on that day.
